Francophone communicator with experience delivering strategic content in both official languages. Proven leader in campaign management, fundraising, and social media strategy. Looking for a full-time role in communications, digital marketing, and public relations.
Before entering the communications field, I spent over a decade as a paramedic, which strengthened my ability to stay composed under pressure, prioritize effectively, and connect with diverse communities. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I bring strong planning and time management skills, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset to every challenge.
Internship
Canadian Cardiovascular Society
I created interview questions that were used to guide the content direction. I wrote the profiles and, based on the interviews, I created the graphics for social media and the website.

Communications
Currently leading the rollout of a new communications plan, including strategy, content development, and implementation. Overseeing a paid LinkedIn advertising campaign launching in summer 2025.
I redesigned the website and copy edited it via Wix, and created social media posts as part of this initiative.
Social Media
Created and currently managing an Instagram account to raise awareness of the puppy-raising program (independent initiative, not affiliated with CGD).
Ran the holidays and the New Year content calendar for Love2Lose.com from Dec 2020 until mid-January 2021 – short-term contract part of communications plan. (IG, FB, and Twitter)
